Langtang  Region trekking in the Himalayas region offers an astounding array of natural wonders and houses a fully diverse terrain incorporating a different range of flora, fauna, climate, and activities to do. The Langtang Lirung (7227m) and Langtang Ri (6596m) are the scenic centrepieces of the region. The region is inhabited predominantly by the ethnic community of the Tamang who have preserved their culture and the natural significance of their soil. The Langtang region lies between the Ganesh and the Gaurishankar Himal ranges. Apart from massive peaks adorning the northern border of the region, the Langtang National Park is the key element that brings everything together.

There are numerous trekking destinations in the Langtang region some of which are Langtang Valley Trek, Helambu Trek, Tamang Heritage Trek, Gosaikunda-Helambu trek and Gosainkunda Lake Trek. As such, Yala Peak (5500m), Naya Khang (5844), and Baden Powell Scout Peak (5890m) are the peak climbing destinations. Lastly, Langtang Lirung (7227m) is one of the most famous expeditions in the entire while in the northern part of Nepal.
