Day 1 Arrive Paro
From Kathmandu, we will take a direct flight to Paro. It takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach Paro from Kathmandu. On the first day, we will arrive Paro in Bhutan where the only international airport of Bhutan exists. It is a small valley with green forests and sacred sites. The gorgeous landscape of Paro will leave you in awe. The dense pine forest and pristine lakes of Paro are must view while you are in Paro.
The flight from Kathmandu to Paro is one of the most exciting ones as the aircraft passes over four of the five highest mountains in the world. In fine weather, as you soar up higher, you can enjoy the spectacular view of Mount Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Kanchenjunga at their best. We will take rest at a fine hotel at Paro.

Day 2 Acclimatization hike to Tiger and Nest Monastery
On the second day, we will go on to visit Paro Takstang, popularly known as Tiger’s Neat Monastery around the world. It will be a quick tour of the spectacular monastery.
Your trip to Bhutan will be incomplete without a visit to Tiger’s Nest Monastery. The path to Tiger’s Nest Monastery is pretty strenuous but the amazing view of Takstang at the top of a cliff will keep giving you strength throughout the hike. Lastly, climbing a series of a staircase (4200 steps) for around 1 hour and 45 minutes, we will finally reach the Tiger’s Nest Monastery but take into consideration that the cameras and phones are strictly prohibited inside the monastery. You won’t be able to take your camera and phone inside the monastery.
There are various rooms, caves, astounding paintings and statues inside the monastery. After a quick round of the monastery, we will take a short break and head back to our hotels.

Day 3 Paro-Jele Dzong
he third day marks trekking from Paro to Jele Dzong. Going through the thick alpine forest and rhododendron forest, the path will take us to Jele Dzong. It is 10km far from Paro and takes around 4-5 hours long trek to reach Jele Dzong.
You will get closer to the Himalayas and Buddhist temples. The view of Paro valley from Jele Dzong is spectacular.

Day 4 Jele Dzong-Jangchulakha
longside the view of snowcapped mountains, we will head towards Jele Dzong on the 4th day of our Druk path trek. A gradual ascend through a path that goes through dense rhododendron and the alpine forest will take us to Jangchulakha. It will probably take us around 4 to 5 hours to reach Jangchulakha. It is a beautiful place with a wide landscape to observe.
Tiring trekking from Jele Dzong to Jangchulakha will end with a rest at a nice hotel at Jangchulakha.

Day 5 Jangchulakha- Jimilangtsh -Langrithang
The next day, we will be ready to trek from Jangchulakha to Langrithang. Beholding the high peaks and beautiful villages, we will pause at Jimilangtsho to fulfil our appetite.
There is a calm and transparent lake at Jimilangtsho filled with big trouts. The view of Mt. Jichu Drake is clearly visible from Jimilangtsho. Continuing our trek further and descending, in a few hours, we will reach the charming Langrithang village.
The total trek will be of around 4-5 hours. After tiring yet exciting trekking from Jangchulakha to Langrithang, halt the trek at Langrithang and end the fifth day.

Day 6 Langrithang -Tsaluna- Thimphu
Early in the morning, we will head towards Thimpu from Lamgrithang. We will descend from Lamgrithang and making our way through thick and beautiful rhododendron forest, we will reach Tsaluna village where we will visit Tsaluna monastery. Then within 4 hours, we will reach Thimphu. The sixth day ends at Thimphu.

Day 7 Thimpu-Paro Depart Paro
The seventh and also the last day of the Druk path trek will be a trek from Thimphu to Paro. And finally, we will take a flight from Paro to Kathmandu.
