Booking Procedure After going through our terms and conditions, you can book by contacting directly to Heaven Nepal Adventure or our abroad sales agents closely linked with us.
Heaven Nepal Adventure is a native company of Nepal, licensed and authorized by the concerned Nepal Government Department. We organize various trips within Nepal and neighbouring Himalayas countries Bhutan and Tibet.
On the Booking Procedure, make sure that you have read and understood our terms, conditions, and policies. Sending us the minimum 20% of the chosen trip cost through the bank will confirm your booking. This deposit will be non-refundable and used for your trek preparations such as trekking permits and hotel booking. The rest of the balance is to be paid on arrival in Kathmandu before your trip departure.

Please complete the card payment form (click here to download) with your card details, signature (as same in passport & Credit Card) and send it along with passport copy and credit card copy to us at info@heavennepaladventure.com
Your credit card will be charged by Himalayan Bank Limited (credit Card Division), Kathmandu, Nepal, on behalf of Heaven Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd and your credit card statement will show a transaction by Himalayan Bank Limited.
Please let us know after you have done the transfer. So that we can trace the money deposited in our bank account, and then send you a confirmation with a receipt. The remaining balance must be paid in either convertible foreign currencies in cash, cheque or acceptable credit card.
Note: Remember that a minimum of 3.75% surcharge for using a Card is added on top of the remaining trip cost.
